Household members

Please submit a picture of your child to lillymukhina@ffministry.com by February 21st. The layout of the picture should be landscape and with no filters. *

The pictures will be shown on the big screen when our pastors will be praying over your child.

Once this form is submitted we will send you an email confirmation with more details on how the baby dedication ceremony will be happening
